Body prep
Dry crepey skin, er no thanks! It looks dull and parched, it feels uncomfortable and rough to touch.
The secret to smoothness is rid your skin of dead, dull cells and then fill the layers of your skin with maximum nourishing and hydrating ingredients. You can easily achieve this by exfoliating and moisturising.
Tip: The closer you do this to the time you go out, the better your skin will look. And the longer it will look hydrated throughout the evening.
Here’s what we use…
Stand on a bathmat and massage the product over your body. Start at your feet and work your way up. Pay attention to dry knees and elbows. The backs of your arms will no doubt need some attention. Go gently over your inner arms. Remember the back of your hands too.
Your skin is likely to go pink. This is good and shows that oxygenated blood is coming to your skin’s surface. It won't stay pink for long.
Shower off the salt. Don’t use soap or gel on the areas you’ve exfoliated. This will remove the essential oils from your skin. It’s an added layer of goodness.
Tip: Pat your skin ‘nearly dry’ and apply your moisturiser straight away. This will trap the excess water into the upper layers of your skin for added hydration.

A serious skin hero. We use small, medium and larger salt grains bound in the perfect amount of essential oils to exfoliate your body.
This is what we moisturise with...
Take a little time to massage this into your skin. You get better and longer-term results. Pay extra attention to the inside and the back of your upper arms. A must if you’re planning on short or no sleeves. The delicate skin here needs extra TLC daily to help it keep its structure (and reduce the crepey, puckered look it may take on). This area is mostly forgotten.
If you’re going to have knees or elbows on show, take some extra care here too. And remember the back of your hands.

For sparkling eyes and visibly smoother skin. Leave them to act for a minimum of 20 minutes. But they do work as long as they are wet.

Tip: 20 minutes under your eyes will give impressive results. Then switch them to your upper eye lids for 20 minutes and then your upper lip for 20 minutes.
