We advise that you keep your products in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not let your products freeze. Always keep the lid on when you are not using them. 

All of our products carry a PAO (Period after opening) symbol that can be found on our packaging. 

Inside the symbol is the number of months that the product should be used by, usually 6 or 12 months.

No, our products are not tested on animals. As a consequence, our cosmetic products conform to the UK Cosmetic Product Notification Portal requirements concerning the animal testing ban.

Our Virtual Skin Bar has been designed to allow you to book a complimentary appointment to get advice from one of our Skincare Experts. Who will prescribe the correct products, along with an achievable regime to give you the results that you want. No more guessing, no more half-used products.

Alternatively, you can visit one of our friendly salons who will analysis you skin.

All of our products come with a ‘how to use’ description on the packaging. You will also find a ‘how to use’ video on each product page of the website.

Of course, all of our stockists have samples that you can try, locate your nearest stockist via our Salon Directory. If you are unable to get to a stockist, please contact us and we can send samples in the post.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
