DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Next day delivery excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays. If you have any queries or special requirements, please contact us at info@katherinedanielscosmetics.com

Delivery times and services vary, please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch:

UK: We dispatch via Royal Mail, delivery is typically 48 hours. This service is tracked and insured. Delivery cost is £3.99 and for orders over £100.00 delivery is free. You may choose a 24 hour service, the cost is £4.99.

We send goods out by Royal Mail. Whilst Royal Mail operate a 48 hour tracked and insured service, they are not guaranteed services and as such, we cannot guarantee, be responsible or offer compensation for non-delivery within a set time frame.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: We dispatch via Royal Mail which typically takes 6-7 business days. Katherine Daniels is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery until 21 business days from dispatch. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

EU (Groups 1 – 8) - £20.00

Rest of the World (Zones 1 & 2) - £25.00

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order (provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition).

RETURNING A PRODUCT

Should you wish to return your order or return, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Step 1: Please email info@katherinedanielscosmetics.com providing your order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.

Step 2: Once you have received a confirmation for return from our customer service team. Please return the product(s) within 14 days and include a returns cover note within your parcel so we can process your request swiftly. The following details must be included: 

  • Your full name, email address and phone number
  • Order number

We recommend that you return your items by recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival.

Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods we will issue you a refund. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Please note that postage or other return costs will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you should wish to cancel your order please email us within 2 hours of your order being placed. If this is a non-business day, please email our Customer Services Department at info@katherinedanielscosmetics.com with your order number.

Katherine Daniels is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

No VAT is charged at checkout.

You are responsible for any tax & customs duty in your destination country. Please note that failure to pay these charges or collect your parcel within the designated time, will result in your order being returned to us by customs.

RETURNED ORDERS BY CUSTOMS & COURIERS 

If this happens you are responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs.

Any refunds made to you will exclude outbound and return shipping costs.

PROFESSIONAL STOCKIST DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders placed before 11:00 am are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail/ Parcel Force on a standard 48 hour tracked and insured service. Orders below £500.00 will be charged our standard delivery charge of £9.00. Orders over £500.00 will be free of charge. You may choose a 24 hour service, the cost is £13.00
