We’ve taken a trio of powerhouse ingredients (Vitamin C + Niacinamide + Hyaluronic Acid) and combined them into 1 supercharged cocktail. A concentrate, which is the ultimate balance of strength and efficiency.

Introducing our newest product: Multi-Vitamin Concentrate, with 10% Vitamin C + 5% Niacinamide + Hyaluronic Acid.

Firstly, Vitamin C

We use 10% of Vitamin C but not just any Vitamin C, we’ve chosen to use 3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid.

Here’s why…

Vitamin C is a gorgeous glow giver to your skin but it’s difficult to stabilise in skincare, meaning it can easily oxidise and become useless in the product. 3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid is the most stable form of Vitamin C. Your product gives great results and will stay active and effective.

Vitamin C is acidic and takes your skin from a neutral pH to a lower more acidic pH. Your skin can become irritated, red and sore. Our 3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid has a similar pH to your skin, which means you can use it without worry or risk of irritation.

What Vitamin C 3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid will do for your skin…

A powerful antioxidant, to dial up your skin brightness and protect from the inside.
A skin hydrator, it stimulates your natural moisturising factor, Hyaluronic Acid.
A potent anti-ageing ingredient, it stimulates the production of your collagen and elastin, to bring firmness and strength to your skin.
A smart skin protector, it protects your skin from UV, blue light and pollution induced damage.
A pigment regulator, not only does it help to reduce existing pigmentation marks, but it helps to prevent new ones from forming.

Now we spotlight our second hero ingredient Niacinamide: Vitamin B3.

We use 5% Niacinamide. Here’s why…

Beloved for its ability to strengthen your skin barrier (this keeps the ‘good stuff’ in and the ‘bad stuff’ out). Niacinamide delivers a steady dose of skin soothing hydration and thanks to your newly strengthened skin barrier, the hydration is trapped nicely in your skin to give a plump and translucent finish.

It’s a great anti-inflammatory and soothing ingredient too.

What we love most about Niacinamide is its ability to visibly reduce open pores, to give you a smoother, more porcelain looking skin. It does this by regulating your skin's oil production and keep the mouth of each pore clear of build-up and debris. Once clear, your pores will naturally reduce in size (but sadly not vanish).

We’ve found the sweet spot for Niacinamide in our formulation to be 5%. Higher than this and you would find this ingredient too drying on your skin.

When Niacinamide is paired with the stimulating effects of Vitamin C, the ingredients are sending opposite messages to your skin. It could be easy to confuse your skin with mixed messages. (Vitamin C to stimulate and Niacinamide to regulate, calm and soothe). We ensure you are using the perfect strength of both ingredients to give you results and to avoid skin confusion.

You need Hyaluronic Acid to be present in your skin to produce collagen and elastin (the firming and support structure of your skin).

Broad-spectrum, photostable protection with Daily DNA Defence SPF30

Not all SPF products are created equal, Daily DNA Defence SPF30 offers broad-spectrum protection. This means that it shields your skin from both UVA rays (the ones that age your skin) and UVB rays (the ones that burn your skin). If your moisturiser or foundation contains an SPF it’s worth checking, make sure you’re covered for both UVA and UVB. Many of those products only protect against UVB, leaving your skin vulnerable to the long-term damage caused by UVA rays.

Blue light, mainly from our smart devices and pollution in the atmosphere. Blue light and pollution trigger changes in your skin cells, even leading to cell death. Unprotected exposure to these will lead to hyperpigmentation and can damage your skin’s health. Most blue light comes from smart technology, which is used daily by most of us. Pollution is all around; levels are higher in towns and cities all year.

Magical make-up priming

We know that finding the perfect daily SPF texture is a challenge. We’ve been there too. Most SPFs feel like a layer too many, leaving skin feeling greasy, heavy or cause foundation to slide off by midday. This is why we made our product for you. A super light veil, which is suitable for even the most sensitive skin. With no oily or white residue, it’s non-pore blocking and
dries over your moisturiser to become the best make-up primer you’ll ever use, keeping your foundation perfectly in place all day or all night long.

No make-up, no problem

For our men and/or non make-up wearers, our handy pocket size product gives you the same invisible veil and matt skin finish. Skiers, golfers and cyclists will love that it slips easily into a pocket, bag or pouch.

Where else should you be applying your SPF?

Your SPF isn’t just for your face, use all the way down to your décollete and up to your hairline. Not forgetting areas like the tops of your lips, ears, nose and the backs of your hands. These are often overlooked spots that are equally exposed to the sun, whether you’re lounging by the pool or simply driving. The backs of your hands are quick to show signs of ageing, so it’s vital to keep them protected. And if you’re grabbing some winter sun make sure to apply it to the tops of your feet.

How much SPF should you use?

Aim for about the size of a 5 pence piece for each application. However, this should come after Step 2 – Skin Boost and Step 3 – Skin Defence Cream in your skincare routine. If you're planning to sunbathe, apply Daily DNA Defence SPF30 at least 15 minutes before heading outside. Once you're in the sun reapply after 15 minutes for the ultimate protection, then continue every two hours.

And remember, swimming, sweating or towel drying can remove your SPF, so be sure to reapply regularly to keep your skin fully protected.
