Skincare Rewards - FAQ's – Katherine Daniels

Already have a Katherine Daniels loyalty account?

Simply click on the Rewards pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of the website (or shopping bag & heart logo on mobile).
Where it asks if you are already a member – use the log-in link here.
This will take you to the Katherine Daniels log-in page.
Log-in to your account.
Once logged into your account, return to the Rewards pop-up.
You will now be logged into the Loyalty Programme.
Make your first order and the Skincare Coins you earn will be added to your account and shown at the top of the pop-up.

Don’t have a Katherine Daniels loyalty account – how to sign up

Simply click on the Rewards pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of the website (or shopping bag & heart logo on mobile).
Use the ‘Join now’ button and you will be taken to the Katherine Daniels sign-up page
Create your account
One logged into your new account, return to the Rewards pop-up.
You will now be logged into the Loyalty Programme.
Make your first order and the Skincare Coins you earn will be added to your account and shown at the top of the pop-up.

How can I earn Skincare Coins?

In the Rewards pop-up, click on the ‘ways to earn’ tab
Here it will show you the options for placing an order, social media interactions and birthday rewards.

How do I enter my birth date to receive my Birthday Skincare Coins?

In the Rewards pop-up click on the ‘ways to earn’ tab
The celebrate a birthday option has a ‘edit date’ button
Click ‘edit date’ and enter your birthday
*please note you will need to let us know at least one month in advance – otherwise, you’ll have to wait until next year.

How do I redeem my Skincare Coins?

In the Rewards pop-up, click on the ‘ways to redeem’ tab – and redeem button
Drag along the bar to select how many Coins you would like to redeem
Click ‘Redeem’
This will then give you a discount code for the amount you selected, you can copy this code and it will automatically be added to your basket
If you want to save for later you can return to the Rewards pop-up homepage and select the ‘Your Rewards’ tab.
Here it will show your Rewards you have to use, and also your past Rewards

Exclusions

During our 'Better Skin for Life' Celebration weekend Skincare Coins cannot be earnt on orders placed. You are still able to view your Skincare Coins Balance and choose to redeem.
